Digital Production of Dental Splints

This material integrates easily into a digital dental laboratory workflow. Following a digital scan, the appliance can be designed using appropriate dental CAD software before being manufactured from a CopraPoly FLEX blank using a compatible [dental milling machine].

This subtractive manufacturing process provides laboratories with an alternative to both conventionally manufactured acrylic splints and 3D printed splint resins. As the appliance is milled from an industrially manufactured thermoplastic blank, there is no 3D printing or subsequent resin post-curing stage required.
