TRIOS Care is a comprehensive service plan designed to protect your investment, minimise downtime, and provide ongoing support throughout the life of your scanner.

At the end of the first year, XYZ Dental will contact giving you the option to continue your Care subscription or move to TRIOS Only, the choice is yours.

Unlimited Technical Support

Get unlimited access to expert technical support whenever you need assistance. Whether you have a software question or need help troubleshooting your scanner, 3Shape’s specialists are here to help.

Extended Warranty & Express Replacement

TRIOS Care extends your scanner warranty to five years, including protection against accidental drops. If your scanner requires servicing, you’ll also benefit from an express 48 hour replacement service.

TRIOS Only customers can still have their scanner repaired, with services charged according to 3Shape’s out-of-warranty pricing.

Exclusive Training & Education

Build confidence with your TRIOS scanner through a tailored virtual onboarding program, followed by ongoing educational opportunities. The Care plan also includes exclusive training resources and up to four live lectures each year delivered by experienced 3Shape trainers.

Secure Cloud Storage

Includes 10 TB of secure cloud storage, allowing you to safely store patient data and scan cases while ensuring they’re easily accessible whenever you need them.

Multi-Scanner Savings

The Care plan provides a 25% discount on subscriptions for additional eligible scanners, making it even more cost-effective to expand your digital workflow.
