The imes-icore CORiTEC AM100 is a professional dental metal 3D printer designed for the efficient production of high-quality CoCr and titanium dental restorations.
Using advanced Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) technology, the CORiTEC AM100 builds complex dental components directly from digital CAD data, layer by layer. Efficient Powder Management
One of the key advantages of the CORiTEC AM100 is its innovative cartridge-based powder management system.
Powder is supplied through dedicated cartridges, while excess material can be collected, sieved and prepared for reuse. When combined with the CORiTEC AMpure unpacking station, the workflow incorporates an ultrasonic sieve system and closed powder handling process, helping reduce direct operator contact with metal powder.
Recyclable powder can be recovered and reused for subsequent print jobs, supporting efficient material utilisation and streamlined day-to-day production.
Additive + Subtractive Hybrid Manufacturing
The CORiTEC AM100 can form part of an integrated hybrid dental manufacturing workflow, combining the productivity and design freedom of metal 3D printing with the precision and surface quality achievable through CNC milling.
Metal restorations are initially produced additively using the AM100 and can then be precisely re-milled using compatible CORiTEC 350i or CORiTEC 650i series milling machines.
This combination enables laboratories to manufacture complex geometries additively before precision-machining critical areas such as implant interfaces, connection geometries and other surfaces where exceptional accuracy is required.

iCAM AM Laser Software
The CORiTEC AM100 is supported by iCAM AM laser, imes-icore’s CAM solution for preparing additive manufacturing jobs.
The software provides tools for component analysis, automated or manual nesting, positioning and duplication of components, support generation and preparation of the build platform.
An intuitive machine HMI guides the operator through the production process, while CORiTEC AM connect enables remote monitoring of print jobs from compatible mobile devices, including machine status and access to the integrated process-chamber camera.
